Are your pieces machine washable?

“Low-maintenance apparel” is our mantra - all of our garments are machine washable, and most can be tumble dried on low. We do recommend hang-drying suit jackets and laying our sweaters flat to air dry. Always check the care label on each item for specific instructions.

What’s your shipping and returns policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, tags attached) within 30 days of purchase. A $7 return shipping fee applies if you use our pre-paid label, or you can provide your own to waive the fee.

Prefer store credit? Eligible items can be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days after purchase. For discounted products terms apply.

At Ministry of Supply, we rigorously test our products to ensure best-in-class performance, durability and comfort - to that end, each product we make undergoes 50+ ASTM/AATCC tests, including:
