Ministry of Supply Do Not Mail or Email Request

We offer a variety of discount options:

Holiday Sales: During major holidays, we will often have sales. Note that any item discounted 20% or more is eligible for exchange only (or store credit), unless marked "Final Sale"

Bundles and Systems: Year-round, we offer discounts for Bundles and Systems, typically 15% or more. Find the latest offering through our main navigation on our website

Welcome Discounts: Periodically, we offer welcome discounts. When you enter our site for the first time, you'll be prompted to enroll in this first-time buyer discount. These are reserved for first time customers only.

Important: Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Gift Cards: Gift cards can be ordered on our website or in any of our retail stores. The digital gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Physical Gift Cards: We do not currently offer physical gift cards.

Gift Returns: Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged within our standard return window. See our Return Policy for details

Refer a friend and you both save. Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When they make their first purchase, they'll receive a discount—and so will you.

How it works:

  • Log in to your account and find your referral link
  • Share it via email, text, or social media
  • Your friend gets a discount on their first order
  • You receive a reward once their order ships

Referral rewards are typically issued as store credit and can be found in your M° Rewards account.

A few things to note:  

  • Eligible referrals can only be sent to new, first time customers. Referral rewards are issued after the referred friend makes the qualifying purchase. 
  • There are no order minimum requirement on orders using any referral discount code.
  • One code per customer/order.
  • Referral discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers, including Bundles and First-time purchase discount codes.

Referral Eligibility: 

All current customers who have made one or more purchases online or in-store and set up an online account at www.ministryofsupply.com are automatically Eligible Referrers. Eligible Referrers may send referrals and receive Rewards Points for each eligible new customer they refer. Referrers must have at least one order over $50 for credit to be issued. 

An eligible New Customer is defined as a customer who has never made a purchase at ministryofsupply.com or in one of our retail stores prior to receiving a referral invitation. Referrals are tracked based on a code embedded in the referral invitation email. For more information about tracking codes, please see our privacy policy. Please note, codes and referrals cannot be sent to members of the same household, as the program is tracked based on billing and shipping addresses (along with other points as well).

Any customer with no purchase history at www.ministryofsupply.com is eligible to accept a referral invitation for their first purchase at www.ministryofsupply.com. The referral invitation contains a personal promo code that the customer must use to receive the referral credit. Referral credits will not be issued from the purchase of gift cards.

Start your Return or Exchange HERE

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return:

  • Visit our Returns Portal
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the items you'd like to return
  • Print your return label ($7 fee) or provide your own label to avoid the fee

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges: In our return portal, you'll have the option to exchange your item or accept store credit.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Exchange Only" Products and Promotions:

At times, we will launch “Exchange Only” promotional events (any item discounted more than 20% off is eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless marked final sale). This means that items purchased through the promotion, or items purchased using the discount code offered will not be eligible for refunds back to the original purchase method. Rather, customers will have the option of exchanging their items for similar or other products, or receive store credit in the form of a gift card.

During these promotions, items that are marked as “Final Sale” will continue to be ineligible for refunds, and also cannot be exchanged for other items or store credit.

International Returns & Exchanges:

We charge a $25 return fee for international returns, which is deducted from your refund. There is no return fee for exchanges or site credit. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from Ministry of Supply, you are responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refunds are issued once the package has been received and processed by our fulfillment center.

Please note, this can take up to 7-10 business days after delivery, not including bank processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our garments are designed for easy care. Most items are machine washable and wrinkle-resistant.

General care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron on low heat if needed (most items don't require ironing)

Special fabrics: Some items like knitwear or performance outerwear may require specific care. Always check the care label inside your garment.

Stain removal: Treat stains promptly with a gentle stain remover before washing.

How to earn points:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  • Get bonus points for writing reviews, referring friends, and celebrating your birthday
  • Unlock exclusive perks as you reach higher tiers

How to redeem: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Check your account dashboard to see your balance and available rewards.

Membership tiers: The more you shop, the more you save. Higher tiers unlock early access to sales, free shipping, and exclusive products.

Domestic Shipping (US): Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.

APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Standard shipping rates apply. Delivery times vary based on location.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Preorder items are available for purchase before they officially launch. This allows you to secure new styles and limited releases before they sell out.

How preorders work:

  • Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date
  • Your card will be charged at the time you place your preorder
  • Items will ship on or before the estimated date
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way

Preorder cancellations: You can cancel a preorder anytime before it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Mixing preorders with in-stock items: If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the preorder item is available.

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package anytime through your account or the carrier's website.

Shipping delays: Occasionally, weather or carrier delays may impact delivery. Contact us at [email protected] if your order is significantly delayed.

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of purchase. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days, we'll refund the difference via store credit

How to request a price adjustment:

  • Email [email protected] with your order number
  • Include the product name and current sale price
  • Our team will verify and process your credit within 3–5 business days

Exclusions: Price adjustments do not apply to final sale items, promotional discounts, or items purchased with discount codes.

Ministry of Supply reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or cancel the M° Rewards Loyalty and Referral Program or these Rules at any time. Any changes Ministry of Supply makes will be effective immediately upon notice, which it may give either by posting on ministryofsupply.com or via e-mail. Your participation in the program after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. You should review these Rules periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. You will always be able to tell when the version was last updated by checking the “Last Revised” date at the top of these Rules. All questions or disputes regarding the M° Rewards Program, including without limitation, those involving eligibility, participation, fraud and abuse will be resolved by Ministry of Supply.
