You're too busy to stop at the store, so we'll meet you at your door. For free. That's right, we provide free domestic ground shipping to our customers - straight to your door.

For our friends overseas, we want to outfit you on your mission as well, wherever in the world you may be - we provide competitive international shipping rates through USPS Priority Mail. You pay what we pay: we never mark shipping up. While we've chosen US mail to get you your Ministry of Supply gear reliably and efficiently through local customs; some countries will require an import tax upon receipt, which we can't cover unfortunately. Perhaps teleporting will get our products over the border in the future more easily.

RETURNS

We have two goals; first, to make you happy. Whether that be an exchange to a better fit or a refund we want to make sure you're happy with the experience and wear your Ministry of Supply products with pride. Just email Q@MinistryofSupply.com with your order number and someone on our team will sort your problem out.

Second, we want to make the best products possible, so when you're returning one of our products we'd really appreciate your candid feedback. We take customer feedback very seriously at Ministry of Supply and it gives us insights into future product development.
